PITA PIZZA
This is more of throw together than a recipe and your kids will love it!! We buy the Papa Pita, pita bread (100 cal per serving), Mozzarella Cheese, Pizza Sauce, Fresh Spinach, Mushrooms, Olives, Onions, Bell Pepper Mix, and for this one Canadian Bacon. Just as good with only veggies. Put all your toppings in seperate bowls and place on your table. Everyone builds their own and then place in a 425 degree oven for 7-10 minutes (spray the bottom of your baking sheet for best results). This delicious treat comes in around 380 calories, more or less depending on what you put on it. And you get to eat the whole pizza!!!

The chicken breast in this recipe should be about 4 oz each. You can do smaller if you prefer. It is called chicken parm but actually uses no parm, in this one we use mozzarella instead. It is so yummy. The pic below is how we ate it the other night.
